As a well-established brand with thousands of daily sessions, Satechi could not risk making major changes to its website. Its store relied heavily on Shopify apps, even for minor features, making it difficult to introduce new functionalities without affecting other apps or slowing down the website’s page speed.
To address the above-mentioned obstacles, we focused on 3 main tasks. Namely:
We included a short text below the “add-to-cart” button on each PDP, which shows the approximate delivery time of the respective item, based on current date and shipping lead times. That, in turn, resulted in increased conversion (+7%) and add-to-cart rate (+6%).

We put a ShopPay icon under the price of each product to test if it will improve the conversion rate and revenue per session as the customers would have the choice to buy more but pay in installments. Subsequently, the conversions rose by +13% and the average order value by +15%.

We inserted star reviews in the product titles on the collection pages to check if it motivates the store visitors to open a specific item and, thus, boost the conversion rate. The results were as follows: average order value improved by +4% while conversions – by +12%. That supports the belief that reviews play a vital role in the purchasing decision.

We also helped Satechi with Page Speed Optimization and Bug Fixes.
On the one hand, we enhanced the website performance by optimizing existing assets and providing customized Shopify Store solutions.
On the other hand, we improved user experience (and hence conversions) by adding an automatic currency conversion feature and accelerated checkout buttons. Introducing а “Frequently Bought Together" Section, “New Release” and “Best Seller” Carousels also supported the latter.
